An intelligent wind tunnel pipeline is a semi-vacuum wind tunnel pipeline which is used for enabling a circular sail high-temperature superconducting maglev train to run in the intelligent wind tunnel pipeline quickly as flying of a civil aviation passenger plane. The intelligent wind tunnel pipeline is formed by designing, manufacturing, installing and building a road, a station entering pipe, a wind tunnel pipe, a gate valve pipe, a large electric gate valve, a port dividing pipe, a connection pipe, a platform pipe, a wind station pipe, a pipe horse, a contraction horse, a pipe hoop and N wind stations. An arc-shaped superconducting magnetic track is laid in the intelligent wind tunnel pipeline. The gravity of a round sail high-temperature superconductive maglev train is absorbed completely by means of strong semi-vacuum wind speed, so that the round sail high-temperature superconductive maglev train travels in an intelligent wind tunnel pipeline as quickly as a civil aircraft flies.
