The invention provides a vehicle fleet driving assistance method. The method comprises the steps of detecting whether a target vehicle needing to pass through a vehicle fleet exists nearby the vehicle fleet or not; determining the passing position of the detected target vehicle passing through the vehicle fleet; calculating a pass-through distance and a pass-through time, where the pass-through distance and the pass-through time are associated with the pass-through location and ensure that the target vehicle can pass through the vehicle fleet at the pass-through location without a collision; and controlling the vehicle fleet to separate at least the pass-through distance proximate the pass-through location for at least the pass-through time. The invention further provides a corresponding system, the vehicle fleet comprising the same, and a medium. By means of the scheme, vehicles needing to pass through can pass through the vehicle fleet. Meanwhile, the pass-through location may be determined in consideration of the estimated destination location of the target vehicle, and the pass-through distance and the pass-through time may be calculated based on the pass-through location, so that the vehicle may harmoniously and efficiently pass through the vehicle fleet.
