The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium battery detection, and particularly relates to lithium battery module connection circuit stability detection equipment which comprises a lithium battery performance detection module, a multi-channel data acquisition module, a control module, a lithium battery module, a lithium battery protection IC, an FPGA chip, a FLASH module, a display module and a wireless communication module. And the lithium battery performance detection module is used for detecting open-circuit voltage, current, battery capacity and temperature of the lithium battery module. The open-circuit voltage, current, battery capacity and temperature parameters of the lithium battery are detected, the FPGA chip is additionally arranged to assist the control module in processing full signals, a shared chip can be obtained without chip casting production, and the system has the advantages of being low in power consumption, high in processing speed and high in reliability. And in the process of detecting the lithium battery connection circuit, the lithium battery protection IC is used for performing overcharge and overdischarge protection on the lithium battery, so that the safety is high.

    本发明属于锂电池检测技术领域,尤其为一种锂电池模块连接电路稳定性检测设备,包括锂电池性能检测模块、多通道数据采集模块、控制模块、锂电池模块、锂电池保护IC、FPGA芯片、FLASH模块、显示模块和无线通信模块,所述锂电池性能检测模块用于对锂电池模块的开路电压、电流、电池容量及温度进行检测。本发明通过对锂电池的开路电压、电流、电池容量及温度参数进行检测,增设FPGA芯片以辅助控制模块对全信号进行处理,无需投片生产,就能得到合用的芯片,系统具有功耗低、处理速度快及可靠性高的特点,且在对锂电池连接电路进行检测过程中,利用锂电池保护IC对锂电池进行过充电、过放电保护,安全性高。
