The invention discloses an auxiliary spring device of a single rear axle suspension. The device comprises a rubber spring, a single leaf spring, two rubber seats and two supports, wherein the number of therubber spring and the single leaf spring is one, and the number of the rubber seats and the supports is two; the rubber spring is fixed above the center of the rear axle through a bolt, the single leaf spring is connected with the support through the rubber seat, and the support is fixed on a frame; when a vehicle is in a no-load state or a light-load state, the rubber spring does not make contact with the single-leaf spring, and the suspension system only acts on the main spring; and when a certain load is reached, the rubber spring makes contact with the single-leaf spring, and the suspension system acts jointly through the main spring and the auxiliary spring. The single-leaf spring and the rubber spring act right above the center of the rear axle, so that the rigidity of the single-leaf spring and the rubber spring can be large, the deflection of the single-leaf spring and the rubber spring can be small, the single-leaf spring and the low-height rubber spring can be realized, the weight of the suspension is reduced to a great extent, and the smoothness of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种单后桥悬架的副簧装置,包括橡胶弹簧、单片簧、橡胶座和支座,所述橡胶弹簧和单片簧各设有一个,橡胶座和支座各设有两个;所述橡胶弹簧通过螺栓固定在后桥的正中心上方,单片簧通过橡胶座与支座连接,支座固定在车架上;车辆空载及轻载时,橡胶弹簧与单片簧未接触,悬架系统仅主簧作用,当达到一定载荷时,橡胶弹簧与单片簧接触,悬架系统由主簧和副簧共同作用。本发明单片簧与橡胶弹簧作用于后桥正中心正上方,使得单片簧与橡胶弹簧刚度可以做的很大,挠度可以做的很小,非常有利于单片簧与低高度橡胶弹簧的实现,很大程度降低了悬架重量,提升了车辆的平顺性。
