    本发明涉及受电弓测量技术领域,且公开了一种受电弓碳滑板磨损在线激光监测装置,包括底板,所述底板的顶部四个拐角均固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的顶部设置有两组滑板,所述滑板的内部设置有碳条,所述滑板的底部设置有电缆接头。该受电弓碳滑板磨损在线激光监测装置,通过电机带动滑座在丝杆上移动,从而带动激光发生器和激光检测板对碳条的厚度连续往复测量,并通过报警器进行反馈,实现了自动报警功能,避免了人工现场测量,能及时提醒工作人员对碳条进行更换,具有自动、高效的优点,通过限位块和缓冲座的配合使用,减少机车高速运行时产生的振动造成激光发生器的光源抖动,从而提高对碳条磨损量检测的精确度。
