The invention provides a clothes hanger rope winding mechanism which comprises a shell. A supporting frame is arranged on the shell, a rope winding wheel and a driving device are arranged on the supporting frame, and the driving device is connected with a motor. A steel wire rope is wound on the rope winding wheel, the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through a steering mechanism, and the steering mechanism is provided with a spring enabling the steering mechanism to tend to move in the direction opposite to the tension direction of the steel wire rope. A stopping optoelectronic switch for detecting the reset of the spring is arranged on the shell, an upper stroke optoelectronic switch for detecting the first position of the rope winding wheel and a lower stroke optoelectronic switch for detecting the second position of the rope winding wheel are arranged on the shell, and the upper stroke optoelectronic switch, the lower stroke optoelectronic switch and the stopping optoelectronic switch are all electrically connected with the control end of the motor. Accurate control over the rope winding wheel is achieved through the arrangement of the upper stroke optoelectronic switch and the lower stroke optoelectronic switch, and damage to the motor caused by excessive power output of the motor to the rope winding wheel due to delay of a common mechanical switch is reduced. The problem of poor stopping effect caused by delay of the common mechanical switch is solved through the arrangement of the stopping photoelectric switch.

    本发明提供一种晾衣架卷绳机构,包括壳体,壳体上设有支撑架,支撑架上设有卷绳轮及驱动装置,驱动装置连接有电机,卷绳轮上绕设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳另一端穿过转向机构,转向机构上设有使得所述转向机构朝与钢丝绳拉力方向相反方向移动趋势的弹簧,壳体上设置有检测弹簧复位的阻停光电开关,壳体上设置有检测卷绳轮第一位置的上行程光电开关和检测卷绳轮第二位置的下行程光电开关,上、下行程光电开关以及阻停光电开关均与所述电机的控制端电性连接,通过上、下行程光电开关设置实现卷绳轮的精确控制,减少普通机械开关因为延迟导致电机对卷绳轮过量输出动力对电机的伤害,通过阻停光电开关的设置改善了普通机械开关因为延迟导致阻停效果差的问题。
