The invention relates to an elevator pre-buffering structure. The elevator pre-buffering structure comprises a shaft, a lift car, a counterweight block, a traction machine and a buffering assembly, wherein the shaft comprises a bottom pit, a middle operation layer and a top layer; the buffering assembly comprises a lift car buffer and a counterweight block buffer; when the lift car moves to the bottommost layer, the lower end face of the lift car is located in the bottom pit and compresses the lift car buffer; when the lift car moves to the topmost layer, the lower end face of the counterweight block is located in the bottom pit, and the counterweight block buffer is compressed; and a pair of magnets with the same magnetic poles is oppositely arranged between the bottom surface of the lift car and the upper end face of the lift car buffer as well as between the bottom surface of the counterweight block and the upper end face of the counterweight block buffer. By reducing the depth of the bottom pit, when the lift car and the counterweight block descend to the bottommost layer at a time, the lift car buffer and the counterweight block buffer can be compressed respectively, so that real-time verification of the buffer assembly is achieved, it is guaranteed that the buffer assembly can work normally, and the situation that the safety protection effect cannot be achieved due to the abnormal state of the buffer assembly under the emergency situation is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种电梯预缓冲结构,包括井道、轿厢、对重块、曳引机及缓冲组件;所述井道包括底坑、中间运行层及顶层,所述缓冲组件包括轿厢缓冲器及对重块缓冲器,所述轿厢运动至最底层时,下端面处于底坑内,并压缩轿厢缓冲器;所述轿厢运动至最顶层时,对重块下端面处于底坑内,并压缩对重块缓冲器;所述轿厢底面与轿厢缓冲器上端面之间、对重块底面与对重块缓冲器上端面之间均相对设置有一对相同磁极的磁铁;本发明通过降低底坑深度,实现轿厢及对重块单次下降至最底层时,能够分别压缩轿厢缓冲器及对重块缓冲器,实现对缓冲组件的实时校验,保证其能正常工作,避免在突发状况下由于缓冲组件的非正常状态而无法起到安全保护作用。
