According to an intelligent stair-climbing carrying robot and method, a carrying platform is connected with a fixed support of a stair-climbing mechanical system, an interactive induction unit is arranged on a front fixed arm and a front lifting arm, and a rotary lifting device is located on the lower portion of a horizontal frame and connected with the horizontal frame; an integrated intelligent single-chip microcomputer is electrically connected with a front self-driving wheel, a rear self-driving wheel, a front lifting mechanism, a rear lifting mechanism, an interactive induction unit and a rotary lifting device, and the front lifting mechanism and the rear lifting mechanism interactively drive the front self-driving wheel and the rear self-driving wheel to ascend and descend. The front self-driving wheels and the rear self-driving wheels work alternately to carry the carrying platform to climb the stairs, and the rotary lifting device turns to climb to the other stair on the stair platform. The intelligent stair-climbing carrying robot overcomes the problems of low efficiency, high cost and potential safety hazard of the traditional transportation mode of the original unit staircase, and has the characteristics of simple structure, no need of manual intervention, good adaptability, stable loading, safety, reliability, high transportation efficiency and simplicity and convenience in operation.

    一种智能爬楼运载机器人及方法,通过载物平台与爬楼机械系统的固定支撑连接,交互感应单元设置前固定臂和前升降臂上,回转升降装置位于水平框下部与其连接,通过集成式智能单片机与前自驱动轮、后自驱动轮、前升降机构、后升降机构、交互感应单元和回转升降装置电性连接,通过前升降机构和后升降机构交互驱动前自驱动轮和后自驱动轮升降,前自驱动轮和后自驱动轮交互工作运载载物平台爬升楼梯,通过回转升降装置在楼梯平台实现转向爬向另一个楼梯。本发明克服了原单元楼梯传统运输方式效率低,成本高,存在安全隐患的问题,具有结构简单,无需人工干预在楼梯上爬升载物,适应性好,载物平稳,安全可靠,运输效率高,操作简单方便的特点。
