The invention provides an automatic cleaning device for preventing a pantograph exhaust valve from being blocked by wind power. The device comprises an air inlet pipe, a filter screen is fixedly mounted in the air inlet pipe, a rotating ring and a scraper blade are movably connected to the interior of a support, a long plate extending into a top seat is fixedly connected to the top of the rotating ring, driven rods are uniformly distributed on a sleeve, a shifting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sleeve, an impeller is movably inserted into the top of the top seat, a rotating plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the impeller, and a driving rod corresponding to the driven rod is arranged at the bottom of the rotating plate. The airflow generated by the operation of a locomotive drives the impeller and the rotating plate to rotate, the rotating plate intermittently drives the sleeve to rotate, under the action of a torsional spring and inertia, the shifting plate impacts on the long plate and drives the rotating ring to rotate, and the rotating ring drives the scraping plate to rotate and stretch out through the connecting rod and the connecting block to scrape and clean the filter screen, so that the filter screen is prevented from being blocked by excessive accumulated impurities, the smoothness of the air inlet pipe is ensured, and the normal work of a quick discharge valve is ensured.

    本发明提供一种利用风力防止受电弓排气阀堵塞的自动清理装置,包括进气管,进气管内固定安装有滤网,支座的内部活动连接有转环和刮板,转环的顶部固定连接有延伸至顶座内部的长板,套筒上设置有均匀分布的从动杆,套筒的底部固定连接有拨板,顶座的顶部活动插接有叶轮,叶轮的底部固定连接有转板,转板的底部设置有与从动杆对应的主动杆。机车运行产生的气流带动叶轮和转板旋转,转板间歇的带动套筒旋转,在扭簧和惯性的作用下,拨板撞击在长板上,带动转环旋转,转环通过连杆和连接块带动刮板旋转伸出,对滤网进行刮擦清理,避免滤网因积累过多的杂质而堵塞,保证了进气管的通畅,进而确保了快排阀的正常工作。
