The invention discloses a hoisting framework for large power equipment mounting, which comprises a device body, wherein the device body is composed of two vertical support beams and a cross beam, one end of the top of the cross beam is fixedly provided with a first motor, and an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected to a threaded rod; the end, away from the first motor, of the threaded rod is rotationally connected to the cross beam, a lifting bin is slidably connected to a beam body of the cross beam, a second motor and two hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the top of the lifting bin, a cavity is formed in the lifting bin, and ends of the two hydraulic cylinders extend into the cavity; and a clamping block is slidably connected to the end, located in the cavity, of the hydraulic cylinder, a spring is fixedly connected between the clamping block and the hydraulic cylinder, take-up rotating shafts are mounted on the two sides in the cavity, and steel cables are wound on shaft bodies of the two take-up rotating shafts. The hoisting framework can adapt to mounting of larger units, is stable and safe in lifting process, and improves the lifting efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种大型电力设备安装用吊装构架,包括装置本体,所述装置本体由两个竖直支撑梁和一个横梁组成,所述横梁的顶部一端固定安装有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴上固定连接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆远离第一电机的一端与横梁转动连接,所述横梁的梁身上滑动连接有起吊仓,所述起吊仓的顶部设有第二电机和两个液压缸,所述起吊仓的内部设有空腔,两个所述液压缸的一端延伸至空腔的内部,所述液压缸位于空腔内部的一端滑动连接有卡块,所述卡块与液压缸之间固定连接有弹簧,所述空腔内部两侧均安装有收线转轴,两个所述收线转轴的轴身上均缠绕有钢索。本发明可以适应更加大型机组的安装,起吊过程平稳安全,提高了提升的效率。
