The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle shooting system based on a liquid zoom camera. The system is composed of an air execution assembly and a ground operation assembly. The ground operation assembly comprises a regulation and control module, an image display module and a ground data transmission module; the air execution assembly comprises an air data transmission module, a liquid zoom camera and a driving execution module; the liquid zoom camera is used for acquiring images in different focal segments; the regulation and control module is used for setting driving values of the liquid lens in different focal sections; the driving execution module is used for changing the effective focal length of the liquid zoom camera; the image display module is used for displaying an image acquired by the liquid zoom camera; the ground data transmission module transmits an instruction of the regulation and control module to the driving execution module; the aerial data transmission module transmits an image acquired by the liquid zoom camera to the image display module.
