The invention discloses a fairing section turnover method, and relates to the technical field of ship building. The method comprises: mounting a roller on a fairing section; connecting the fairing section to a main crane and an auxiliary crane in a manufacturing site; lifting the fairing section through the main crane, so that the fairing section rotates by taking the roller as a fulcrum and is changed into a vertical state; lifting the fairing section through the auxiliary crane, so that the fairing section continues to rotate to be in a horizontal upright state; arranging a fixed supporting mechanism below the fairing section; connecting the main crane to the fairing section instead of the auxiliary crane, moving a flat back car to the position below the fairing section, lifting the fairing section through the main crane, and meanwhile lifting the fairing section through the flat back car; and rotating the flat back car to adjust the orientation of the fairing section. By means of the method, the fairing section can be turned over in situ after being manufactured, more time and labor are saved, economical efficiency is good, and the overall final assembly efficiency of a ship can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种导流罩分段翻身方法,涉及船舶建造技术领域。该导流罩分段翻身方法包括:在导流罩分段上安装滚筒;使导流罩分段连接制造场地的主吊车和辅吊车;通过主吊车吊高导流罩分段,使导流罩分段以滚筒为支点转动并变为直立状态;通过辅吊车吊高导流罩分段,使导流罩分段继续转动至水平正立状态;在导流罩分段的下方垫设固定支撑机构;使主吊车替代辅吊车和导流罩分段连接,并将平背车移动到导流罩分段的下方,通过主吊车起吊导流罩分段,同时使平背车顶升导流罩分段;转动平背车以调整导流罩分段的朝向。通过本发明可以在导流罩分段制造完成后对其进行原地翻身,更加省时省力,经济性好,能够提高船舶整体的总装效率。
