The invention discloses an elevator stall automatic locking structure for building intelligent engineering. The structure comprises an elevator shaft, wherein an elevator car is arranged in the elevator shaft, vertically-arranged racks are fixedly connected to the side walls of the two sides of the elevator shaft, first grooves are symmetrically formed in the side walls of the two sides of the elevator car, first grooves and the second grooves are symmetrically formed in the side walls of the two sides of the elevator car, a locking block is horizontally arranged in each first groove, is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the corresponding first groove through a first spring which is horizontally arranged, and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the corresponding first groove through a first telescopic rod which is horizontally arranged, each first spring is wound around the corresponding first telescopic rod, and a second groove is formed in the upper wall of each first groove. By arranging the locking blocks and vent holes, when the elevator car falls, the locking blocks and the racks act to lock and limit movement of the elevator car, meanwhile, the vent holes are opened, air is introduced into the elevator car, sufficient oxygen is guaranteed, buffer plates and other assemblies are arranged to prevent falling, and higher safety and higher practicability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种楼宇智能化工程用电梯失速自动锁死结构,包括电梯梯井,所述电梯梯井内设置有电梯轿厢,所述电梯梯井两侧侧壁均固定连接有竖直设置的齿条,所述电梯轿厢两侧侧壁对称设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽内水平设置有锁死块,所述锁死块通过水平设置的第一弹簧与第一凹槽内壁固定连接,所述锁死块通过水平设置的第一伸缩杆与第一凹槽内壁固定连接,所述第一弹簧缠绕在第一伸缩杆上,所述第一凹槽上壁设置有第二凹槽。本发明通过设置锁死块与通气孔,在电梯轿厢下坠时,锁死块与齿条作用卡死,限制电梯轿厢移动,同时通气孔打开,为电梯轿厢内通入空气,保证氧气充足,并设置缓冲板等组件防坠坠落,更加安全,实用性更强。
