In an actual use process, the inclination angle of the supporting plate can be conveniently adjusted so that the inclination angle of the supporting plate is matched with the bending angle of the bottom of a ship body, the contact area between the device and the bottom of the ship body is effectively increased, and the device can support the ship body more stably; and a problem of deformation of the bottom of the ship body caused by the too small contact area between the supporting structure and the bottom of the ship body is avoided.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,公开了一种船舶制造用支撑固定装置,包括支撑台、移动台和支撑板;所述支撑台顶部左右两侧对称开设有限位滑槽,所述支撑台顶端中部后侧固定安装有电机C,所述电机C中部转动设置有转轴C,所述支撑台顶端中部左右两侧对称固定焊接有固定板C,两组所述固定板C中部转动贯穿有双向螺纹杆。本发明在实际使用的过程中,可以方便的调节支撑板的倾斜角度,使得支撑板的倾斜角度与船体底部的弯曲角度相适配,有效的增加了本装置与船体底部的接触面积,使得本装置对船体的支撑更加稳固,且避免了支撑结构与船体底部接触面积过小导致的船体底部发生形变问题。
