The invention relates to an inter-city train operation control platform and method, and the platform comprises a hazard analysis device which is arranged in a control room of an inter-city train, is connected with an animal identification mechanism, and is used for determining whether the current animal type causes harm to the inter-city train or not based on the received current animal type, and transmitting hazard identification information when determining that the harm is caused, or else, sending out hazard unidentified information and a gear selection mechanism which is positioned on the right side of the hazard analysis device, is connected with distance identification equipment, and is used for selecting a corresponding brake gear based on the numerical value of the real-time distance. The inter-city train operation control platform and method are compact in design, safe and reliable. The corresponding control operation can be executed on the inter-city train based on the type detection result and the distance detection result of the nearest animal target in front of the inter-city train, so that the automation level and the intelligent level of the inter-city train are improved.

    本发明涉及一种城际列车运行控制平台及方法,所述平台包括:危害分析设备,位于城际列车的控制室内,与动物鉴别机构连接,用于基于接收到的当前动物类型确定其是否对城际列车造成危害,并在确定造成危害时,发出危害识别信息,否则,发出危害未识别信息;档位选择机构,位于所述危害分析设备的右侧,与距离识别设备连接,用于基于所述实时距离的数值大小选择对应的刹车档位。本发明的城际列车运行控制平台及方法设计紧凑、安全可靠。由于能够基于城际列车前方最近动物目标的类型检测结果和距离检测结果对城际列车执行相应的管控操作,从而提升了城际列车的自动化水准和智能化水准。
