The invention relates to a method for preventing materials from remaining in a blanking chute during blanking, which comprises the following steps of: paving a protective film in the blanking chute before blanking so that the blanking chute is separated from the materials through the protective film during blanking, and removing the protective film in the blanking chute after blanking is completed. The material conveying vehicle capable of discharging has the advantage that materials can be prevented from being left in the discharging sliding groove, and the problem that the environment is polluted due to the fact that the materials can be left in the discharging sliding groove after discharging of an existing material conveying vehicle capable of discharging is solved.

    本发明涉及一种防止下料时物料残留在下料槽内的方法,下料前将防护膜铺设在上述下料滑槽内使得下料滑槽下料时通过防护膜同物料隔离开,下料完成后移除下料滑槽内的防护膜。本发明具有能够避免物料残留在下料滑槽的优点,解决了现有的能够下料的物料运输汽车下过料后物料会残留在下料滑槽内而导致环境污染的问题。
