Disclosed is an anti-residue discharging groove assembly which comprises a rack, a discharging sliding groove and a protective film laying and removing mechanism, the protective film laying and removing mechanism comprises an electromagnet, an air cylinder limiting block, an unwinding shaft, a protective film fixing rod and a fixing rod driving air cylinder, and the protective film fixing rod comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod; one end of the cylinder body is hinged to the frame through a horizontal hinged shaft, the piston rod extends out of the other end of the cylinder body and then is fixed to the protective film fixing rod, the unwinding shaft is located on the side, away from the lower end of the discharging sliding groove, of the discharging sliding groove, and the cylinder body is made of a ferromagnet and located between the air cylinder limiting block and the electromagnet. When the cylinder body is placed on the air cylinder limiting block, the altitude of the protective film fixing rod is lower than the altitude of the lower end of the discharging sliding groove. The discharging chute has the advantage that materials can be prevented from being left in the discharging chute, and the problem that the environment is polluted due to the fact that the materials are left in the discharging chute after materials pass through an existing discharging chute is solved.

    本发明涉及一种防残留的下料槽总成,包括机架、下料滑槽和防护膜铺设移除机构,防护膜铺设移除机构包括电磁铁、气缸限位块、放卷轴、防护膜固定杆和固定杆驱动气缸,防护膜固定杆包括缸体和活塞杆,缸体的一端通过水平铰轴铰接在车架上,活塞杆从缸体的另一端伸出后同防护膜固定杆固定在一起,放卷轴位于下料滑槽远离下料滑槽低端的一侧,缸体为铁磁体制作而成,缸体位于气缸限位块位和电磁铁之间,缸体搁置在所述气缸限位块上时所述防护膜固定杆的海拔低于下料滑槽的低端的海拔。本发明具有能够避免物料残留在下料滑槽的优点,解决了现有的下料槽下过料后物料会残留在下料滑槽内而导致环境污染的问题。
