The invention relates to a 48V start-stop power supply and an electric vehicle, and the 48V start-stop power supply comprises a power supply enclosure frame (1) which is provided with a liquid cooling inlet (11) and a liquid cooling outlet (12); a battery core assembly (2) arranged in the power supply enclosure frame (1); a liquid cooling assembly (3) arranged on at least one side of the battery cell assembly (2), wherein a liquid cooling flow channel is formed in the liquid cooling assembly (3), and the two ends of the liquid cooling flow channel are connected with the liquid cooling inlet (11) and the liquid cooling outlet (12) respectively. According to the 48V start-stop power supply, the liquid cooling assembly is additionally arranged, and the liquid cooling inlet and the liquid cooling outlet are formed in the power supply enclosure frame, so that the 48V start-stop power supply forms a battery pack structure with a liquid cooling function, and the 48V start-stop power supply is safer and longer in service life.

    本公开涉及一种48V启停电源和电动车辆,所述48V启停电源包括:电源围框(1),设置有液冷入口(11)和液冷出口(12);电芯组合体(2),设置在所述电源围框(1)内;液冷组件(3),设置在所述电芯组合体(2)的至少一侧,所述液冷组件(3)的内部形成有液冷流道,所述液冷流道的两端分别与所述液冷入口(11)和液冷出口(12)连接。本公开的48V启停电源增设液冷组件,并将液冷入口与液冷出口设置在电源围框上,使48V启停电源形成带液冷功能的电池包结构,从而使其更具安全性,使用寿命更长。
