The invention belongs to the technical field of superconductive high-speed maglev traffic engineering track beams, and particularly relates to a superconductive high-speed maglev track beam structure. The superconductive high-speed maglev track beam structure comprises a track beam, a superconductive maglev functional part and a vertical wall arranged on the top face of the track beam; the superconductive maglev functional part is connected with the vertical wall through a two-end tapping screw; an internal thread sleeve is pre-embedded in one side, facing the superconductive maglev functional part, of the vertical wall, and an unthreaded sleeve is arranged in the superconductive maglev functional part; one end of the two-end tapping screw is connected with an internal thread sleeve through a second thread, and the other end of the two-end tapping screw penetrates through the unthreaded sleeve and then is connected with a nut through a first thread; an embedded sleeve is embedded in the bottom of the superconductive maglev functional part, an elevation screw is installed in the embedded sleeve, and the bottom end of the elevation screw abuts against the top face of the track beam. The method can effectively solve the problem of high-precision installation of the maglev functional part, has the characteristic of minimum factory processing work amount, is convenient for industrial, standardized and digital informatization manufacturing, and effectively reduces the engineering cost.

    本发明属于超导高速磁浮交通工程轨道梁技术领域,具体涉及一种超导高速磁悬浮轨道梁结构,包括轨道梁、超导磁悬浮功能件以及设置于轨道梁顶面上的竖墙;超导磁悬浮功能件通过两端攻丝螺杆与竖墙连接;竖墙上面向超导磁悬浮功能件的一侧预埋有内螺纹套筒,超导磁悬浮功能件内设有无螺纹套筒;两端攻丝螺杆一端通过第二螺纹与内螺纹套筒连接,另一端穿过无螺纹套筒后通过第一螺纹与螺帽连接;超导磁悬浮功能件底部预埋有预埋套筒,预埋套筒中安装有标高螺杆,标高螺杆的底端抵于轨道梁顶面上。本发明能够有效解决高精度安装磁悬浮功能件的问题,且具有工厂加工工程量最少的特点,便于工业化、标准化、数字信息化制造,有效地降低工程成本。
