The invention provides a propeller technology and a driving technology. The existing propeller technology and driver technology mostly adopt a point, belt and surface type propelling or driving mode, and force required by propelling and driving is obtained by means of external ground, water, air and other substances. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the power required by propelling and driving is obtained without being generated by external ground, water, air and other substances, and is directly propelled or driven by the power generated by a propeller or a driver. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme is adopted according to the principles of centrifugal force and regression line of physical mechanics. The invention relates to a method for obtaining required kinetic energy in a regression limiting manner by a technical means, and the propeller or the driver designed and manufactured according to the method. The invention is mainly applied to various types of vehicles, automobiles, bullet trains, ships, airplanes, spacecrafts and the like.
