The invention discloses an expressway congestion state judgment and traffic flow management and control system and method, and belongs to the field of intelligent traffic management and control. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, a back-end service module and a front-end display module. According to the invention, the road congestion state is divided into three types, i.e., no congestion, no serious congestion and more serious congestion, and the traffic congestion index is calculated in combination with the traffic parameters, such as speed, occupancy and traffic flow, acquired by a system detector; the calculated data are compared with a specific threshold value to obtain an initial pre-judgment result; in order to reduce the misjudgment rate and realize accurate judgment, the system maintains the continuity of detection and carries out pre-judgment for multiple times, and finally completes one-time traffic congestion state evaluation; and finally, vehicle management and control are carried out on an entrance ramp by adopting a hierarchical flow control method so as to relieve the traffic pressure of an expressway main line. According to the method, the traffic congestion state of the expressway can be accurately pre-judged, so that hierarchical flow control is better realized.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路拥堵状态判别和交通流管控系统及方法,属于智能交通管理与控制领域,该系统包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块、后端服务模块和前端展示模块;本发明将道路拥堵状态分为未发生拥堵、尚未发生严重拥堵、已发生较严重拥堵三种,并且结合系统检测器获取的交通参数如速度、占有率、交通流量,计算交通拥挤指数;将计算出的数据与特定阈值相比较得到初始的预判结果;为了降低了误判率,实现准确判别,系统将维持检测的持续性并多次进行预判,最终完成一次交通拥堵状态评价;最后采用分级控流的方法对入口匝道进行车辆管控来缓解高速公路主线交通压力。此方法可准确预判高速公路交通拥堵状态,从而更好的实现分级控流。
