The invention discloses a method and a device for predicating traffic flow abnormal aggregation. A city is divided into a plurality of taxi taking sub-regions in advance, a standard taxi utilization rate is obtained according to the total number S of taxies in each taxi taking sub-area and the number Z of taxies in a passenger carrying state, and an actual taxi utilization rate R is compared with a standard taxi utilization rate R0 according to an actual situation; if the actual car use rate R is within the range of the standard car use rate R0, it is indicated that no-load cars in the taxi taking sub-area in the time period are not gathered abnormally, adjustment is not needed, and driving data of all taxies in the next set of taxi taking sub-area are collected according to a preset collection period T; and if the actual use rate R is smaller than the range of the standard use rate R0, a signal indicating that no-load taxies in the taxiing sub-area leave the taxiing sub-area is sent to the taxiing sub-area, and if the actual use rate R is larger than the range of the standard use rate R0, a signal indicating that no-load taxies near the taxiing sub-area enter the taxiing sub-area is sent to the no-load taxies near the taxiing sub-area.

    一种车流异常聚集的预测方法和装置,其预先将城市划分为多个打车子区域,根据每个打车子区域内的总的出租车数量S、呈载客状态的出租车数量Z得到标准用车率根据实际情况将实际用车率R与标准用车率R0进行比较,如果实际用车率R在标准用车率R0的范围之内,说明该时间段内该打车子区域内的空载车未发生异常聚集,则无需进行调整,根据预设的采集周期T采集下一组该打车子区域内所有的出租车的行车数据,如果实际用车率R小于标准用车率R0的范围之内,则向所述打车子区域内的空载出租车发送驶离该打车子区域内的信号,如果实际用车率R大于标准用车率R0的范围,则向该打车子区域附近的空载出租车发送驶进该打车子区域内的信号。
