The invention discloses a goods shelf hoisting method. The method comprises the steps that an upper goods shelf and a lower goods shelf are welded together in the horizontal direction of the ground; the top of the upper goods shelf is lifted by a main lifting hook on a main crane, and the bottom of the lower goods shelf is lifted by an auxiliary lifting hook on an auxiliary crane; the main crane lifts the top of the upper goods shelf, and meanwhile, the auxiliary crane gets close to the main crane until the whole goods shelf is in a vertical state; after the upper goods shelf and the lower goods shelf which are welded together are fixed, the auxiliary lifting hook and the main lifting hook are detached; and the top of the upper goods shelf is lifted through the main lifting hook on the main crane, the bottom of the lower goods shelf is lifted through the auxiliary lifting hook on the auxiliary crane, and finally the main crane and the auxiliary crane are moved till the whole goods shelf is in an upright state. In this way, the goods shelf is directly welded on the ground and then lifted through the two cranes, secondary welding in the air is avoided, the safety coefficient of workers is greatly reduced, and the welding speed on the ground is greatly higher than the welding speed in the air.

    本发明公开了一种货架的吊装方法,包括:将上货架和下货架在地面水平方向焊接在一起;用主吊车上的主吊钩吊住上货架的顶部,并用辅助吊车上的辅助吊钩吊住下货架的底部;主吊车将上货架的顶部吊起,同时辅助吊车向主吊车靠近,直至整个货架处于垂直状态;固定焊接在一起的上货架以及下货架后拆除辅助吊钩以及主吊钩;通过用主吊车上的主吊钩吊住上货架的顶部,并用辅助吊车上的辅助吊钩吊住下货架的底部,最后移动主辅吊车直至整个货架处于直立状态;这样直接在地面将货架焊接好,再通过两个吊机吊装,避免了空中二次焊接,大大降低了工作人员的安全系数,而且地面焊接速度大大高于空中焊接。
