The invention relates to an electric reactor iron core column transportation fixing tool which comprises an upper disc body, a lower disc body and four pull screw rods. The upper disc body and the lower disc body respectively comprise a disc, wherein four U-shaped grooves are evenly formed in the outer edge of the disc, four lifting lugs are correspondingly arranged on the inner sides of the four U-shaped grooves respectively, the lifting lugs of the upper disc body are located on the upper surface of the upper disc body, and the lifting lugs of the lower disc body are located on the lower surface of the lower disc body. The two ends of each pull screw rod are provided with threads respectively, and the four pull screw rods penetrate through the four U-shaped grooves of the upper disc body and the four U-shaped grooves of the lower disc body respectively and then are fastened through bolts. Three rows of parallel channel steel are arranged on the surface of the disc, reinforcing plates are additionally arranged on the surface of the disc, the position of the reinforcing plate corresponds to the position of the U-shaped groove, and an opening consistent with the U-shaped groove in size is formed in the reinforcing plate. The invention further relates to an electric reactor iron core column transportation fixing method. The fixing tool is simple in structure, economical and low in cost. The fixing method is convenient to operate and firm in fixation, and the transportation safety of a reactor iron core column is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电抗器铁芯柱运输固定工装,包括:上盘体和下盘体以及四根拉螺杆,上盘体和下盘体分别包括:圆盘,圆盘外边沿均匀设置四个U型槽,四个U型槽的内侧分别对应设置四个吊耳,上盘体的吊耳位于上盘体的上表面,下盘体的吊耳位于下盘体的下表面。拉螺杆两端分别开设螺纹,四根拉螺杆分别穿过上盘体和下盘体的四个U型槽之后通过螺栓紧固;圆盘的表面设有三排相互平行的槽钢,圆盘的表面增设加强板,所述的加强板的位置与U型槽的位置相对应,加强板开设有与U型槽大小一致的开口。本发明还涉及一种电抗器铁芯柱运输固定方法。本发明固定工装结构简单,经济成本低廉;固定方法操作方便,固定牢靠,提高了电抗器铁芯柱运输的安全性。
