The invention discloses dragging type rescue equipment which comprises a rescue capsule and an underwater robot, wherein the rescue capsule capable of assisting in submergence comprises a rescue capsule body and a counterweight device. The bottom of the rescue capsule body is connected with a butt joint skirt assembly; a lifting traction device is arranged at the top of the rescue capsule body; a dragging traction device is arranged on the outer wall of at least one side of the rescue capsule body and comprises a plurality of traction interfaces; and the underwater robot is provided with a power positioning device and is provided with telescopic dragging traction guide cables which are in one-to-one correspondence with the traction interfaces. Compared with a deep diving lifeboat and a lifesaving clock, the equipment can realize a larger inclination angle, and has greater advantages in butt joint. According to the equipment, large-depth lifesaving can be achieved, the size of the butt joint skirt assembly is greatly reduced, and the seawater discharge time of the butt joint section is shortened; the rescue capsule does not need to achieve positive buoyancy in the butt joint process, operation of a balance weight device is reduced, and the probability of sideslip is smaller.
