The invention relates to an automobile anti-collision beam and a manufacturing method thereof. The automobile anti-collision beam comprises a shell with an inner cavity and a foam material arranged in the inner cavity, and the shell is made of polyurethane prepreg. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that polyurethane prepreg is cut; a polyurethane prepreg layer is laid; mold pressing and curing are conducted; finishing and machining are conducted; and assembling is conducted. According to the automobile anti-collision beam and the manufacturing method thereof, the manufacturing period is short, the large-batch supply requirement can be met, the mold development period is short, the development cost is low, better mechanical strength and lighter using weight are achieved, corrosion resistance is good, and surface spraying or electroplating treatment is not needed.

    本发明涉及一种汽车防撞梁及其制造方法,汽车防撞梁包括具有内腔的壳体、填充在内腔中的泡沫材料,壳体采用聚氨酯预浸料制作。制造方法,包括以下步骤:聚氨酯预浸料裁切;聚氨酯预浸料铺层;模压固化;修整及加工;装配。本汽车防撞梁及其制造方法,制作周期短,能满足大批量供货需求,模具开发周期短,开发费用低,具有更好的机械强度及更轻的使用重量,耐腐蚀性好,无需表面喷涂或电镀处理。
