The power supply control and charging device comprises an upper protection piece, a lower protection piece, a charging terminal, a power supply control assembly and a connecting metal sheet; the upper protection piece and the lower protection piece are in sealed connection, and the upper protection piece and the lower protection piece are used for accommodating the charging terminal and the power supply control assembly after being sealed; the upper protection piece is provided with a jack groove, one end of the charging terminal penetrates through the jack groove, the other end of the charging terminal is electrically connected with the power supply control assembly through the connecting metal sheet, and one end of the charging terminal is used for accommodating a plug inserted into the jack groove and performing power transmission with the plug after being electrified; and the other end of the charging terminal starts or stops power transmission under the power supply control of the power supply control assembly. The device solves the problem that a charging device in the prior art is kept electrified without charging, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
