The invention relates to the field of tower crane dismantling, in particular to a device for dismantling an attached supporting rod and an attached frame of a QTZ160 tower crane. The device solves the problem that safety is insufficient when the attached supporting rod and the attached frame on the side of an existing rear balance arm are dismantled. The device comprises a plurality of groups of base frames, wherein cross beams are arranged on the base frames through connecting grooves; a winding device is arranged on the cross beams; and a steel wire rope wound on the winding device is placed in a guiding device. By means of the device, the attached supporting rod and the attached frame can be stably dismantled; the device is safer compared with a lifting hook on a cargo boom for lifting and dismantling; inclined pulling, inclined hoisting and large-amplitude shaking in the attached supporting rod and attached frame dismantling process are avoided; potential safety hazards caused by dismantling of the attached supporting rod and the attached frame are eliminated; and safety performance is improved.

    本发明涉及塔式起重机拆除领域,具体为一种拆除QTZ160塔式起重机附着撑杆和框架的装置。解决了现有后平衡臂侧的附着撑杆和附着框架拆除时安全性不足的问题。包括若干组基架,基架通过连接槽安装有横梁,所述横梁上安装有收卷装置,收卷装置上缠绕的钢丝绳放置于导向装置中。通过本装置能够实现对附着撑杆和附着框架的平稳拆除,相较于起重臂上的吊钩提起拆除更加安全,避免了附着撑杆和附着框架拆除过程中的斜拉歪吊和大幅度晃动,消除了拆除附着撑杆和附着框架的安全隐患,提高安全性能。
