The invention provides a novel elevator lifting system, belongs to the technical field of elevators. The novel elevator lifting system aims at solving the problems that an existing elevator foundation structure is complex, and safety accidents are prone to occurring. The novel elevator lifting system comprises a lift car, a control unit and power units, wherein the power units comprise bearing seats, self-locking motors, worms, worm gears, main shafts, electromagnetic brakes, gears, racks, sliding blocks and guide rails, the bearing seats, the self-locking motors and the electromagnetic brakes are fixed on the lift car, the main shafts are arranged on the bearing seats, the main shafts are in transmission connection with the electromagnetic brakes, the worm gears and the gears are fixed on the main shafts, and the sliding blocks are movably arranged on the main shafts. The design of the novel elevator lifting system is used in an elevator lifting mechanism, so that a traction type elevator foundation pit and a machine room can be completely omitted, the accidents of elevator slipping, elevator clamping, top rushing and falling are avoided, the self-locking performance is good, injury accidents occurring in operation and maintenance can be completely eradicated, and the safety is higher.

    本发明提供了一种新型电梯升降系统,属于电梯技术领域,旨在解决现有的电梯基础结构复杂,且容易出现安全事故的问题;包括轿厢、控制单元、动力单元;所述动力单元包括轴承座、自锁电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、主轴、电磁制动器、齿轮、齿条、滑块和导轨;所述轴承座、自锁电机、电磁制动器固定于所述轿厢上;所述主轴置于所述轴承座上,且所述主轴与所述电磁制动器传动连接;所述蜗轮、齿轮固定于所述主轴上;所述滑块活动置于所述主轴上;本发明中的设计,用在电梯升降机构中,可以完全省去曳引类电梯基坑、机房;避免溜梯、卡梯、冲顶、坠落事故;自锁性能好,可以杜绝运行和维保中出现的伤人事故,安全性更高。
