The invention discloses a base station type unmanned aerial vehicle rescue system and a rescue method, which are used for water falling rescue in a field water area. The rescue system comprises a host and a monitoring module, a base station and an unmanned aerial vehicle which are in communication connection with the host, and the host is used for receiving and analyzing information data and controlling the monitoring module, the base station and the unmanned aerial vehicle to work; the monitoring module adopts dynamic capture and thermal imaging to acquire information data in a monitoring area, and transmits the information data to the host; the base station is used for storing and receiving the unmanned aerial vehicle and storing and pushing rescue goods; the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for receiving a host instruction carrying the relief goods to reach a designated water area and putting the relief goods. The monitoring module transmits monitoring data to the host and controls the base station and the unmanned aerial vehicle to start rescue after analyzing and judging that someone falls into the water, and the unmanned aerial vehicle delivers rescue materials to the position above a falling point to be put, so that the first response time can be shortened, precious opportunities are gained for follow-up rescue workers, the mood of a drowning person can be stabilized, and the occurrence rate of secondary accidents is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基站式无人机救援系统及救援方法,用于野外水域的落水救援。救援系统包括主机,以及分别与主机通信连接的监控模块、基站和无人机,其中,主机用于接收和分析信息数据,控制监控模块、基站和无人机工作;监控模块采用动态捕捉及热成像采集监控区域内的信息数据,并将信息数据传输至主机;基站用于存放和收发无人机,存放并推送救援物资;无人机用于接收主机指令携带救援物资到达指定水域,投放救援物资。监控模块将监控数据传输至主机,分析判断有人落水后控制基站和无人机启动救援,无人机将救援物资送至落水点上方投放,可以缩短第一反应时间,为后续救援人员争取宝贵的机会,又可以稳定住溺水者的情绪,降低二次事故的发生率。
