The invention discloses a mooring power supply input voltage balancing device and a mooring unmanned aerial vehicle, the mooring power supply input voltage balancing device is characterized in that a first end of a first voltage transformation module is connected with a positive electrode of a power supply, a second end of the first voltage transformation module is connected with a first end of a second voltage transformation module, and a second end of the second voltage transformation module is connected with a negative electrode of the power supply; a third end of the first voltage transformation module is connected with a third end of the second voltage transformation module to form a first output end, and a fourth end of the first voltage transformation module is connected with a fourth end of the second voltage transformation module to form a second output end; a first node is arranged between the second end of the first voltage transformation module and the first end of the second voltage transformation module; a first end of a voltage-sharing module is connected with an anode of the first power supply, a second end is connected with a cathode of the first power supply, and a third end is connected with the first node. Therefore, on the basis that the mooring line loss is reduced, voltage division balance of the first voltage transformation module and the second voltage transformation module is guaranteed, and then normal work of the first voltage transformation module and the second voltage transformation module is guaranteed.
