The invention discloses an elevator with an emergency braking mechanism. The elevator with the emergency braking mechanism comprises an elevator car body and braking mechanisms, wherein each braking mechanism comprises a long rail, a supporting shell, a transmission wheel, centrifugal sliding blocks, a sleeve wheel, a locking gear, a locking rack and a braking block; each transmission wheel is provided with first springs and sliding grooves, the centrifugal sliding blocks are slidably connected with the transmission wheels, the first springs are connected with the centrifugal sliding blocks and the transmission wheels, and inner teeth are arranged on the inner side walls of the sleeve wheels; and the sleeve wheels are connected with the locking gears, the locking racks are connected with the supporting shells in a sliding mode, the locking gears are matched with the locking racks, one end of each braking block makes contact with the long rail, and the locking racks make contact with the braking blocks. According to the elevator with the emergency braking mechanism, the emergency braking effect can be achieved in the stalling and accelerated descending process of the elevator, and the reliability of the elevator is improved; and the whole braking mechanisms are achieved through a pure mechanical structure, the same emergency braking effect can be achieved under the special conditions that the elevator is powered off or a controller fails, and the safety of the elevator is further guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种带有紧急制动机构的电梯,包括电梯箱体和刹车机构,刹车机构包括长轨、支撑壳、传动轮、离心滑块、套轮、锁定齿轮、锁紧齿条和刹车块;传动轮上设有第一弹簧和滑槽,离心滑块与传动轮滑动连接,第一弹簧连接离心滑块和传动轮,套轮内侧壁上设有内齿;套轮与锁定齿轮连接,锁紧齿条与支撑壳滑动连接,且锁定齿轮和锁紧齿条适配,刹车块的一端与长轨接触,锁紧齿条与刹车块接触。本发明提供了一种带有紧急制动机构的电梯,可以在电梯失速加速下降过程中,起到紧急制动作用,增加电梯的可靠性;且整个制动机构通过纯机械结构实现,可以电梯停电或控制器失效等特殊情况下同样起到紧急制动作用,进一步保证电梯的安全。
