Provided is a vehicle headlight control device, which is applied to a vehicle provided with a sensor for detecting a contraction length in a suspension device of either a front wheel or a rear wheel, and executes an automatic adjustment process for controlling an irradiation angle of a headlight of the vehicle in accordance with a pitch angle of the vehicle. When a predetermined reference value acquisition condition is satisfied, a pitch angle estimated on the basis of the contraction length is acquired as a reference pitch angle, and an infinity point correlation value having a correlation with the infinity point position is acquired as a reference infinity point correlation value. The infinity point position indicates a position in the vertical direction of an image of an infinity point included in the image obtained by capturing an area in the direction of travel of the vehicle. When the reference value acquisition condition is not satisfied, the pitch angle is acquired on the basis of the reference pitch angle, the reference infinity point correlation value, and the infinity point correlation value.
