The invention discloses a 5G traffic monitoring and planning method. The 5G traffic monitoring and planning method comprises the following steps: acquiring image data of a vehicle-mounted camera; identifying abnormal road condition information according to the image data; and sending the abnormal road condition information to a traffic service platform, retrieving associated mobile terminals by the traffic service platform according to the abnormal road condition information, calculating latest road planning information for all the associated mobile terminals, and sending the latest road planning information to the corresponding associated mobile terminals. The invention further discloses a mobile terminal, a system and a readable storage medium. According to the invention, the technical problems of large-area congestion of traffic conditions caused by abnormal road conditions and single vehicle traffic path planning basis due to poor timeliness and wrong or incomplete report of manual active reporting of traffic accidents in the prior art are solved, so that the intelligent process of urban road traffic is further promoted.

    本发明公开了一种5G交通监测规划方法,5G交通监测规划方法包括以下步骤:获取车载摄像机的影像数据;根据所述影像数据识别异常路况信息;将所述异常路况信息发送至交通服务平台,由所述交通服务平台根据所述异常路况信息,检索关联移动终端,对所有所述关联移动终端计算最新道路规划信息,将所述最新道路规划信息发送至对应所述关联移动终端。本发明还公开了一种移动终端、系统以及可读存储介质。本申请解决了现有技术中,交通事故人工主动上报时效性差、报告错误或不全面的问题,从而导致交通状况因异常路况造成的大面积拥挤,以及车辆交通路径规划依据单一的技术问题,以进一步推动城市路面交通的智能化进程。
