The invention relates to an electric vehicle maximum speed limit data adjusting system which comprises an image sensing mechanism which is vertically arranged on a handle of an electric vehicle and is used for performing photoelectric conversion operation on an electric vehicle driving scene for obtaining a driving scene image; a rate adjusting device located in an instrument panel of the electric vehicle and used for receiving the age of the current person and adjusting the maximum speed limit of the electric vehicle based on the age of the current person; and in the rate adjusting device, the minimum value of two absolute values of two difference values between the age of the current person and the upper limit and the lower limit in a preset age range is taken as a reference age difference value, and the larger the reference age difference value is, the larger the decreasing amplitude of the maximum speed limit of the electric vehicle is. The maximum speed limit data adjusting system of the electric vehicle is reliable in design and wide in application. Due to the fact that the customized maximum speed limit adjustment of the electric vehicle can be executed according to the driver age obtained through image analysis, the personal safety of drivers of all ages can be guaranteed as much as possible.

    本发明涉及一种电动车最大限速数据调节系统,包括:图像传感机构,竖立在电动车的把手上,用于对电动车驾驶场景执行光电转换操作,以获得驾驶场景图像;速率调节设备,位于电动车的仪表盘内,用于对接收当前人员年龄,并基于所述当前人员年龄调节所述电动车的最大限速;所述速率调节设备中,将所述当前人员年龄距离预设年龄范围中的上限和下限的两个差值的两个绝对值中的最小值为参考年龄差值,所述参考年龄差值越大,对所述电动车的最大限速的调低幅度越大。本发明的电动车最大限速数据调节系统设计可靠、应用广泛。由于能够根据图像分析获得的驾驶员年龄执行定制的电动车最大限速调节,从而尽可能地保证各个年龄段驾驶员的人身安全。
