The invention relates to the technical field of winches, and discloses a winch stall self-locking device for preventing a winch from stalling and hurting people in the use process. The winch stall self-locking device comprises a fixed disc, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the fixed disc; an electrorheological fluid is movably connected to the interior of the sliding groove; a spring I is fixedly connected to the bottom of the interior of the sliding groove; and a sliding block is fixedly connected to the side, away from the sliding groove, of the spring I. According to the winch stall self-locking device capable of preventing the winch from stalling and hurting people in the use process, when the winch stalls, the sliding block makes contact with a fixed block at the moment, the electrorheological fluid is changed into solid from liquid, and a rotating disc cannot rotate further, so that the effect of preventing the winch from stalling and hurting people in the hoisting process is achieved. Transverse rods are pulled upwards, then the sliding block is separated from the fixed block, the electrorheological fluid is further changed into liquid from solid, a limiting rod does not clamp a limiting block any more, and the rotating disc further restores to rotate, so that the effects of recycling and avoiding unnecessary waste are achieved.

    本发明涉及绞车技术领域,且公开了一种避免绞车使用过程中失速伤人的绞车失速自锁装置,包括固定盘,所述固定盘的内部开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内部活动连接有电流变体,所述滑槽内部的底部固定连接有弹簧一,所述弹簧一远离滑槽的一侧固定连接有滑动块。该避免绞车使用过程中失速伤人的绞车失速自锁装置,当绞车发生失速情况时,此时滑块与固定块接触,使得电流变体由液体变为固体,进一步使得转动盘无法转动,从而达到了防止绞车在起吊过程中发生失速伤人情况的效果。向上扳动横杆,此时滑块与固定块分离,进一步使得电流变体由固体变为液体,此时限位杆不在卡住限位块,进一步使得转动盘恢复转动,从而达到了循环使用避免不必要浪费的效果。
