The invention discloses a stub bar clamp. The stub bar clamp comprises two connecting rods (2), two clamp arms (1) and two round ingot clamps (7), wherein the upper ends of the two connecting rods (2) are hinged to each other, the two clamp arms (1) are hinged to the lower ends of the two connecting rods (2) respectively, and the two round ingot clamps (7) are installed on the inner sides of the other ends of the two clamp arms (1) respectively; the two clamp arms (1) intersect and are hinged to each other at the intersection position; a lifting ring (9) is arranged at the intersection position of the upper ends of the two connecting rods (2); and a cast ingot (5) is clamped between the two round ingot clamps (7). According to the stub bar clamp, the cast ingot is clamped and lifted through a lever shear type single-arm intersecting structure, the round ingot sawing production efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards existing in the operation process of operators are reduced; stub bars of different specifications and different shapes can be lifted, the labor intensity of the operators is relieved, the application range is wide, and the stub bar clamp is convenient to use; and the stub bar clamp is simple in structure, safe and convenient to operate, compact in structure, low in dead weight and high in operation practicability.

    本发明公开了一种料头夹具,包括在上端相互铰接的两根连杆(2)、与两根所述连杆(2)的下端分别铰接的两根钳臂(1)、分别安装于两根所述钳臂(1)另一端内侧的两个圆锭钳(7),两根所述钳臂(1)相交叉且在交叉处铰接连接,两根所述连杆(2)在上端交接处设置有吊环(9),铸锭(5)夹紧于两个圆锭钳(7)之间。本发明所提供的料头夹具,利用杠杆剪式单臂交叉结构将铸锭夹紧吊运,提高了圆锭锯切生产效率,减轻操作工人在操作过程中的存在不安全隐患;并且可吊运不同规格、不同形状的料头,减轻了操作工劳动强度,使用范围广,较为方便;结构简单,操作安全方便,结构紧凑,自重轻,操作实用性强。
