The invention relates to a direct-current direct-drive traction system for the permanent magnet high-speed motor of the high-speed railway train unit, each wheel set group of the whole high-speed railway train unit is provided with a miniaturized outer rotor traction machine, and the outer rotor traction machines are located at the positions of wheel set shafts and are integrated with the wheel set groups, so that the space of each mechanism on a power bogie is not occupied; an original primary suspension mechanism, an original secondary suspension mechanism and an original electro-pneumatic brake mechanism on the power bogie are all reserved and utilized, an original converter control system can also be utilized to drive an outer rotor tractor, and a two-pole permanent magnet high-speed brushless direct current motor is high in rotating speed and power density and the wheel pair is driven after deceleration by a planetary gear reducer. The outer rotor tractor is of a totally-closed structure, the annular permanent magnet is free of dust pollution, the two-pole permanent magnet high-speed brushless direct-current motor and the planetary gear reducer are isolated through a bearing, the annular permanent magnet is free of oil pollution, and the heat dissipation area of a shell of the outer rotor tractor, a left transmission ring and a right transmission ring is large. And the annular permanent magnet has no high-temperature demagnetization problem.

    一种高铁动车组永磁高速电机直流直驱牵引系统,整列动车组的每一个轮对组均设有小型化的外转子牵引机,外转子牵引机位于轮对轴的位置,与轮对组一体化,不占用动力转向架上各机构的空间,动力转向架上原有的一系悬挂机构和二系悬挂机构以及电空制动机构,全部保留利用,还可利用原有的变流器控制系统驱动外转子牵引机,2极永磁高速无刷直流电机转速高,功率密度大,经过行星齿轮减速器减速后驱动轮对,外转子牵引机是全封闭结构,环形永磁体不存在灰尘污染问题,2极永磁高速无刷直流电机与行星齿轮减速器之间设有轴承隔离,环形永磁体也不存在油污染问题,外转子牵引机的外壳和左、右传动圈的散热面积大,环形永磁体不存在高温退磁问题。
