The embodiment of the invention discloses a fault diagnosis processing method and device of a battery management system and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps of detecting fault information of the battery system; determining a fault level according to the fault information of the battery system; when the fault is a first-level fault, controlling the whole vehicle system to give a light alarm; when the fault is a two-level fault, controlling the whole vehicle system to enter a power-limited operation mode or a slope running mode, and giving a light alarm; when the fault is a three-level fault,cutting off a battery high-voltage power supply loop through time delay to protect the battery, and giving a light alarm; and when the fault is a four-level fault, controlling the whole vehicle system to send sound-light alarm information to remind a driver to rapidly evacuate, and sending the four-stage fault state to the whole vehicle main network. According to the fault diagnosis processing method of the battery management system, the faults can be graded according to the severity and the harm degree of the faults, and a reasonable fault processing method is formulated according to the graded fault grades, so that the faults can be reasonably and efficiently processed.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电池管理系统的故障诊断处理方法、装置和车辆。该方法包括:检测电池系统的故障信息;根据电池系统的故障信息确定故障等级;当为一级故障时,控制整车系统进行灯光报警;当为二级故障时,控制整车系统进入限功率运行模式或者坡行模式,并进行灯光报警;当为三级故障时,经过延时切断电池高压供电回路以保护电池,并进行灯光报警;当为四级故障时,控制整车系统发出声光报警信息提醒驾驶人员迅速撤离,并将四级故障状态发送到整车主网。通过该电池管理系统的故障诊断处理方法可以实现针对故障的轻重缓急和危害程度对故障划分等级,并针对划分的故障等级制定合理的故障处理方法,从而实现对故障进行合理与高效的处理。
