The method comprises the steps that S1, an intelligent traffic robot obtains the position information of a traffic accident, autonomously plans a route according to the position information, and carries an unmanned plane to achieve the position of the traffic accident through self-cruising; S2, the unmanned aerial vehicle takes accident scene pictures from the air, the intelligent traffic robot takes accident scene pictures from the ground, the taken accident scene pictures are imported into a trained neural network model, the neural network model identifies accident types and divides accident responsibilities, and the neural network model is carried on the intelligent traffic robot; and S3, the intelligent traffic robot enables the accident types identified by the neural network model and the divided accident responsibilities to be confirmed by accident related parties through a man-machine interaction screen on the intelligent traffic robot. According to the invention, rapid processing of traffic accidents is realized, manual screening and discrimination processing is generally not needed in the processing process, and subjectivity of manual intervention is avoided.
