When the instruction is responded to, the running state is detected, and if the instruction is in the idle state, part of the power supply is cut off, so that the situations that the elevator suddenly stops and the user is trapped in the elevator due to the fact that the power supply is directly cut off due to the response instruction in the working state are avoided, and elevator dormancy safety is improved; and when the elevator is in an idle state, the power supply of part of functional components is cut off, so that the energy consumption of the elevator in the idle state is reduced, the electricity bills of the user is saved, and the energy-saving property of elevator dormancy is embodied.
