A gap is reserved between the bottom end of the first coating section and the bottom end of the center steel structure, the second coating section is correspondingly bonded to the periphery of the middle section of the center steel structure, the third coating section is correspondingly bonded to the periphery of the top section of the center steel structure, and the top end of the third coating section is flush with the top end of the center steel structure. The ultimate stress of the floating foundation is greatly improved, and the fatigue life is prolonged.
