Face recognition can be performed on passengers in a vehicle according to acquired and analyzed audio and video in the vehicle, the distribution density of the passengers in each area is judged through triangular positioning, the noise intensity of different areas is reconfigured, theft or harsh abnormal behaviors are intelligently recognized, different broadcast content broadcast strategies can be provided for different situations, and further personalized voice broadcast service can be provided intelligently, and the experience of passengers is improved; and therefore, the problem that passengers cannot hear the voice broadcast clearly and miss station information due to hearing problems, attention, other noises and the like in the travel process of public transport such as buses and subways is avoided.
