The engineering mechanical arm comprises a first connecting arm, a second connecting arm and a straight shaft; a mounting hole is formed in one end of the first connecting arm, a needle bearing is embedded in the mounting hole in a sleeving mode, and the straight shaft is inserted in the needle bearing and fixedly connected with an inner ring of the needle bearing; one end of the second connecting arm is fixedly connected with the two ends of the straight shaft. According to the engineering mechanical arm, the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm are rotationally connected through cooperation of the needle bearing and the straight shaft, abrasion of the straight shaft can be effectively reduced through the cooperation of the needle bearing and the straight shaft, the maintenance cost of the engineering mechanical arm is reduced, and the service life of the engineering mechanical arm is prolonged.
