The invention discloses a control method for quick parallel charging of hybrid electric vehicle batteries, which comprises the following steps that: a hybrid electric vehicle determines the current parallel charging required torque according to the opening degree of an accelerator pedal and the rotating speed of a motor so as to perform parallel charging on the batteries; setting a target torque required by quick parallel charging, and setting an external instruction input switch; and when an instruction that the external instruction input switch is switched on is received, switching from the current parallel charging required torque to the target torque required by the quick parallel charging, and performing parallel charging on the battery according to the target torque required by the quick parallel charging. According to the control method for quick parallel charging of the hybrid electric vehicle battery, due to the fact that the set target torque required by quick parallel charging is much larger than the torque required by current parallel charging, the battery can quickly recover the electric quantity, the power assisting requirement of a quick acceleration motor is met, and the driving feeling is improved.
