The control method comprises the following steps that the intelligent energy main station receives a charging application of a mobile phone APP, generates a charging plan and transmits the charging plan to the intelligent Internet-of-Things gateway; the intelligent Internet of Things gateway dynamically adjusts the area transformer load, judges whether the charging pile can be charged or not, and allocates a charging plan to the carrier concentrator if the charging pile can be charged; and the carrier concentrator communicates with the charging pile controller through the carrier module to start the charging pile. The charging power of the transformer area charging pile is adjusted, the transformer area transformer load is reasonably distributed, and orderly charging is achieved.
