The invention discloses a high-power wireless power supply device and a rail transit vehicle, and the device comprises an installation box which can be installed at the bottom of the rail transit vehicle; an emitter is mounted on the ground; a coupling mechanism is mounted in the mounting box and used for receiving energy transmitted by the transmitter through a magnetic field; a resonant capacitor is mounted in the mounting box and is electrically connected with the coupling mechanism; a converter module is mounted in the mounting box and is electrically connected with the resonant capacitor; a connector assembly is mounted on the outer side wall of the mounting box; a heat dissipation assembly is installed in the installation box and used for ventilation and heat dissipation of all components in the installation box. Energy is transmitted in a wireless mode, a power grid is prevented from being erected, and therefore potential safety hazards of power supply of the rail transit vehicle are reduced. In addition, the high-power wireless power supply device is further provided with a heat dissipation assembly, ventilation and heat dissipation are conducted on all components in the installation box, and safe power supply of the high-power wireless power supply device is achieved.
