The invention discloses an anti-shaking fixing device for hoisting a prefabricated part. The fixing device comprises a box body, a movable plate, rope limiting grooves, steel wire ropes and a weight increasing block, wherein the bottom end of the box body is fixedly connected with a hinge; the side face of the hinge is fixedly connected with the movable plate; the top end of the box body and the top end of the movable plate are fixedly connected with suspension wires; the tail ends of the suspension wires are fixedly connected with a disc; a crane connecting shaft is movably installed at the circle center of the disc; fixed shafts are fixedly installed on the inner surface of the box body; and clamping blocks are movably installed at the top ends of the fixed shafts. According to the anti-shaking fixing device for hoisting the prefabricated part, shaking caused by wind power in the air is counteracted by additionally arranging the disc rotationally connected with a crane connecting shaft, and the disc rotates when being subjected to the wind power, so that the situation of shaking and instability is avoided; and a weight increasing plate is additionally arranged on the surface in a base, so that the prefabricated part can be pressed during transportation, the displacement of the prefabricated part in the base is reduced, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种防摇晃的预制构件吊装用固定装置,包括箱体、活动板、限绳槽、钢丝绳和增重块,所述箱体的底端固定连接有合页,且合页的侧面固定连接有活动板,所述箱体和活动板的顶端固定连接有吊线,且吊线的末端固定连接有圆盘,并且圆盘的圆心活动安装有吊机连接轴,所述箱体的内表面固定安装有固定轴,且固定轴的顶端活动安装有卡块。该防摇晃的预制构件吊装用固定装置通过加装和吊机连接轴转动连接的圆盘,来抵消在空中风力带来的摇晃,圆盘受到风力时,会旋转,就不会发生摇晃不稳的情况,在基座内部的表面加了增重板,可以在运输时压住预制构件,减少预制构件在基座内部发生位移的情况,增加了安全性。
