The invention provides a cabin door bolt stroke sensitivity improving mechanism. The mechanism comprises a shaft (1), a rocker arm (2), a support (3), a spring (4), a target and a sensor, wherein the support (3) is fixed to a cabin door opening frame, two coaxial holes are formed in the support (3), a first end of the shaft (1) is a cylinder and makes contact with a cabin door bolt, and a second end of the shaft (1) is a double-lug piece; a guide groove is formed in the first end of the rocker arm (2), a bolt bar penetrating through the double lugs slides in the guide groove, a target is arranged at the second end of the rocker arm (2), and the rocker arm (2) is rotationally connected to the support (3); a bolt rod at the second end of the shaft (1) slides in the guide groove to drive the target to be close to or far away from a sensor arranged on the support (3); the spring (4) is arranged on the shaft (1) in a sleeving mode, located between the two coaxial holes and used for driving the shaft (1) to rebound. The mechanism is advantaged in that the weight is light, assembly is simple, and the possibility of mistaken closing of the rocker arm is avoided.

    本发明提供一种舱门插销行程敏感度提升机构,包括:轴(1)、摇臂(2)、支座(3)、弹簧(4)、靶标和传感器,支座(3)固定在舱门口框上,支座(3)上设置两个同轴孔,轴(1)的第一端为柱体,与舱门插销接触,轴(1)的第二端为双耳片;摇臂(2)的第一端设置有导向槽,穿设双耳片的螺栓杆在导向槽内滑动,摇臂(2)的第二端设置有靶标,摇臂(2)转动连接在支座(3)上;轴(1)的第二端的螺栓杆在导向槽内滑动,带动靶标靠近或远离设置在支座(3)上的传感器;弹簧(4)套设在轴(1)上,并位于两个同轴孔之间,弹簧(4)用于驱动轴(1)回弹。重量较轻且装配简单,同时避免了摇臂误关闭的可能。
