Light weight can be achieved, the passenger safety guarantee capacity is improved, and vehicle types are expanded in a platformization mode.

    本发明公开了一种车辆结构优化方法、车辆结构及车辆,其中,方法包括:对预设碰撞要求下的驾驶室碰撞变形数据进行分析,得到传力路径;其中,传力路径为在撞击工况下力由驾驶室碰撞区域经驾驶室框架向后悬置传递的路径;获取传力路径上的强度分布信息和可吸能区域的分布信息;根据强度分布信息在传力路径上的强度薄弱区域设置增强结构,在传力路径之外的其他区域不额外设置增强结构,得到增强后的驾驶室框架;基于增强后的驾驶室框架和可吸能区域的分布信息设置吸能结构,得到优化后的车辆结构。本发明有利于实现轻量化、提高乘员安全保障能力和平台化拓展车型。
